I read the bad reviews about this company but still went there because of my Ford Service Plan. It was the worst service department that I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. They spent 5 days not returning phone calls and lying to me when I actually did get someone on the phone. When I complained, the manager was just as rude and unhelpful as the rest of the service department.
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Terrible service department
