I have been going to Rick's Auto Care of Nashua for almost 10 years now. He was recommended to me by my sister and I havent been to another mechanic since. Rick is very friendly and knows many customers by name. He explains to you what is wrong with the car and what you can do to prevent it the next time . He will call you BEFORE he puts in any additional labor or parts into your vehicle instead of you getting a bill and saying well how come it cost so much??

Their knowledge of foreign vehicles, in my case, a 2000 BMW 528i, is only rivaled by the BMW dealerships. Their commitment to customer service and customer satisfaction is evident through their clear and concise explanation of the diagnostic results, work that is required, and the cost associated. The professionalism and customer first attitude demonstrated by the service/operations manager, Angela, clearly flows down to the service coordinators and technician who does the actual work. I would readily recommend that anyone needing automotive repairs, or a second opinion on the quoted work for their vehicle to go to Nashua Foreign Auto.

Five years ago I became single and realized that being single and female I was the perfect target when it came to needing car repairs. Inspection time came and I was told I needed new brakes. I just paid $800 six months earlier for new brakes at another garage. Yes, I'm blonde but not stupid.
Someone told me about D&R Towing. My car broke down so I called them to tow my car and repair it. I though, oh boy this is going to cost me a fortune!
I was called and told my car was ready, to which I replyed " what's the damage". To my surprise, the towing and repairs was less then $100.
I have been going there ever since.
Just to show you how great they are, I had a nail in my tire and pulled in for them to fix it, which they did. I asked how much I owed them. The reply was
" No charge, just have a great day".
The people there are great! I love them -my car loves them and my pocket book loves them!

Instead of sending me back to my husband to find out, they looked him up in the computer to see what else he has bought in the past. Buy seeing these items, they were able to determine what I needed. They went the extra mile to help me.

And that is hard to find today. I went in last week to get a new tire. But they told me that they could repair it for me instead. So I spent $6 instead of $32!

I have lived in Nashua for two decades and have tried many tire stores. I have used this shop for tires for 3 different cars, and all 3 experiences were very good. They are very competitively priced, honest, and very knowledgeable. They are also very dependable. Just one caveat; when you set an appointment, be on time; if you're not there on time, they will likely do another car, and then catch up with you when you get there. This is reasonable to expect, you should just be aware.
