The Wild Bird is pretty convenient; easy to get to and has a large selection. They have most, if not all, of the required supplies for bird owners, plus other pet supplies as well. Prices are not too high, and its always good to support the local busness over Petco, though like someone else mentioned, their mailing list sends out lots of crap.

We brought in a salvaged mid 1800's "built in" cabinet to them as it was ripped out a old home just before it was demolished, it was very rough.They (Tom Wehrli and his crew) did an incredbile job of making this piece into a wonderful, free standing and functional piece. Everybody that sees it is impressed. Tom took the time to expain the process, choose trim, stain colors.... everything. They are true craftsmen, I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with the completed piece. Not sure how they are on pricing, we just felt so comfortable working with them and the price didn't seem like a lot for what they were doing. We'll be back.
