I had an emergency hair situation on a Sunday and found Jon'Ric online & made an appointment on the web with one of their senior stylists. She expertly fixd a bad home color mistake and gave me a terrific new cut which I get compliments on constantly. I understand they have certified Redken staff and Bumble educated stylists so they really value continuing education to ensure the staff knows exactly what to do for any situation. I was recommended to try a Bumble & Bumble shampoo & conditioner - and am hooked on the stuff. I'll be back to tray their terrific sounding spa services - great couple massages in a relaxing and beautiful environment are hard to find in the area. I definitely recommend - not only for the expert staff, but great convenience in scheduling and ease of parking.

It was my first time visiting Mario Tricoci and it was great! I was skeptic to go because i heard a lot of the people there were rude or snobby but my colorist Angeles was just great from start to finish she was professional and listened to what i wanted and gave me the results i was hoping for. In the end, i will surely re book with her and try other Mario services as well!

I've been going to Jad for two years now and have never had a bad haircut. The stylists are attentive and quick. The place itself is beatiful and very well kept, always clean. Plus their complementary coffee is delicious!

I'm not sure what is wrong with Miss Anonymous, perhaps she's confusing C'Zar with another area salon. I believe she has some vindictive jealousy issues to work out. I would suggest seeing a therapist to rid yourself of all that festering negativity. Everyone at C'Zar is professional, caring & wonderful. I always leave there feeling better than when I arrive. And I already arrive feeling good knowing what's ahead! The atmosphere is positive, happy and nurturing.
I've been going to this salon for many, many years - and will never go anywhere else. I've told them they can't retire until after I've died! They are truly the best around. I have NEVER had a bad cut or color here. Most of the time I go in and let Debbie work her magic, she is always honest about what will work with my hair type and face shape. I make decisions all the time in work and life and it's nice to just let her have free reign. I thoroughly trust them all. They want you to look your best with HEALTHY hair and do their best to work with what God gave you. They won't give you a style that won't work with your hair and they will never do any processing that will damage your hair. They also work magic to repair hair damaged at other salons. I've witnessed a few miracles and it's wonderful to see happiness back on the face of the recipient. I've had manicures, pedicures and facials and been pleased with those too. I have yet to partake of the massage services but I will soon! I have recommended them to friends and have always received positive feedback. I recently recommended Evonne to a friend and neighbor with very curly hair. She LOVES her. Said she's never has such great cuts. And this woman lived in New York for a number of years.

Zano's has a great relaxing atmosphere for your spa treatments. In the front of the salon is where they do your hair, and they do have specialists that either do color OR cut hair, so they are very well-trained in their area. There is a manicure area up front, but when you make an appointment, request that you be back in the spa. It is so soothing! The music is light, and there is a water fountain that gives a nice, relaxed feel to the spa. The chairs for the pedicures are WONDERFUL (they have back massagers) as your feet rest in a jacuzzi of warm water. Depending on the season, they offer pedicures that use pumpkin in the fall and other seasonal smells. It's VERY relaxing and well worth the price (and wait - call a few weeks before you want to get in).

Brought my mom and girl friend here for spa pedicures and an eyebrow wax for my girlfriend. They enjoyed it thoroughly, my mom bought nail polish and a $50 gift card walking out. I looked at a few different spas before deciding on this one, based on price, service and the atmosphere inside. My only hesitation choosing was that there were not many reviews, but the recipients were glad I picked this one.
Pros: Quick friendly service, great atmosphere, great experience

I have lived in the Naperville area for 9 years and it took me a while to find this Salon. I tried many of the downtown Naperville salons and a couple salons on the Northside too, but I could not find a colorist who was conisistently good. The other salons may have been fancier, and not in a strip mall, but my colorist and stylist at Zano on Ogden are awesome! They have worked for the company for a long time and Zano does all kinds of ongoing training and as a result, my hair always looks great....not trendy...not toooo blonde...not tooo chunky...just great color and awesome cuts! If you want trendy they can do that too--I have seen a great variety of clients either before or after my appointment, but my point is that their stylists and colorists are experienced enough to do a range of work--not just what you see at the moment. It is a creative salon, not a highlighting factory.
I think they may be more expensive because of their experienced staff--but if you get your hair colored a lot, every 6 weeks or so, I would recommend this salon, they know what they are doing and your hair will be healthy and fabulous!
I also agree that their Mani/Pedi staff are all consistently good, and I would feel comfortable going to any one of them.
Give Zano on Ogden a try. Good luck!

My first experience at this salon was excellent...and now I am a lifer! Staff was welcoming and the place was tidy. My pedicure was packed full of moisturizing, ex foliating and massaging treatments. Quite possibly the best in Naperville. They had a stately chair to relax in that massaged and heated the rest of your body while the professionally trained nail technician did her thing on my feet and calves. Very Nice. Would recommend to anyone.

This spa is much better than ones in other cities. It has exlusive massage parlors and a great atmosphere. It is truly a place where you can melt your worries away. It offers personal spas and great neck massages; it really helps get the cramping out and relax you after a long week at work. The cost is reasonable and the service is top notch. You will not regret going there!
