Robert had to color my roots to match the grown out color on my head. He did a terrific job. He really is a a great colorist and there are not many of those outside of LA or NY.

I went to Niki for my (male)haircut after a conversationn with the owner, Laura. Laura listened to my problem and recommended the best stylist for me. Niki was perfect for me, she is a master stylist who is a perfectionist with attention to detail. She listens, ask questions, takes nothing for granted and cuts hair like a real pro. I went to her with a botched cut from a different salon. She not only corrected the problem but made me look better than I expected. I think she's one of the best there is. I will be definitely going back to Niki at Neo Bella.

i came across neo bella salon when i was in town for work and needed a haircut on short notice. i was really surprised at how attentive and friendly the staff was with me even though i was just a walk-in. if i lived in the area i would go back if not just for the great service, but the girl with dark hair who was doing nails was gorgeous in my opinion.

Would not recommend! I like to do a little investigating before settling on places I go, especially for nails and their nail technician, the OWNER'S DAUGHTER, is not LICENSED. You can look it up for yourself on Illinois's professional regulation website. The salon changes color lines and product lines constantly. There are some good technicians but I find the owner untrustworthy and not worthy of my hard earned money.

This is the 3rd time this year that Neo Bella changed their hair color product (I guess they must go with the deal of the week). Just when you finally get the color to your liking, they switch product and you have to start all over. Usually takes a couple of visits to get it adjusted. Also, when I asked about the different feel, smell and color, my stylist said it was the same product she had been using. While I was processing, I heard another stylist tell her customer that they just started using a new color line because of problems with the former one. So, that means my stylist outright lied! This place is VERY pricey. Would not recommend! I see from the another review that you she got complimentary neck & should massage. I've NEVER gotten one!

I just had my hair done at Neo Bella and saw a very sweet and charming stylist named Renee. She gave the best mens haircut I've ever had. The fade was perfect the whole way up and she showed me how to style it to look that good on my own. She showed me the best product to use ( not the most expensive) and was also treated very nice by the owner Laura when I was leaving. I cant wait to see them all again!!!!

I had been going to a Salon Chain for several years, prices went up, service went down. I was waiting longer and longer in between appointments due to the price and dreading going back. My husbands co-worker recommended Brittany and Neo Bella. I had my first appointment yesterday, but it will not be my last! Brittany was great, very friendly and nice. She made some changes to my color that look very good and still listened to what I had to say in regards to the cut.Salon had a great atmosphere, very upbeat. I appreciate that fact that they did not push any product on me, I hate that!

I go to Niki who takes the time to ask questions to get you what you're looking to achieve in your hair style. ( You're the Best!!!) I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go.
