Bascially a beginner club. Ages 16-24 admitted, anyone under 17 must leave before 12, and that is about the time the better crowd arrives also. No alcohol avaliable for purchase either. They have very good music and awesome parties, but it is essentially a club for the younger kids who still need to grow into the club culture.
Thier DJ's and events are always great, so go check them out sometime.
PROS: Great Dj's, Great parties, great floor
CONS: No alcohol, young crowd before 12

The Martinis are out of this world. Try the Cosmo martini. It's only $4 on Tuesday nights. I have been here a couple of times and the food is terrific as well. Try the Wild Salmon. It's awesome.

Your Neighbors is a great little city type gin mill in the western suburbs. It has the feeling of a small tavern with very good food. The Reuben and hamburgers are very good. The onion rings are a very healthy serving and golden brown. The thing that I like best about this place is the neighborhood atmosphere and feel. It's a shot and beer joint. Numerous TV's that only have sports on. If your in the area you need to stop and pull up a bar stool.
Pros: Good parking, Away from downtown NV, good food
Cons: Could get crowded, No cigar smoking befo, Tad high $ drinks

Yamado of Naperville is fantastic! They had opened a store in Glenview but went out of business due to lack of staff. But this one, the original is great. Fairly reasonable prices but the sushi rolls are out of sight. They make their own specialities like the Grand Canyon Rolls. Great atmosphere and they even have a large flat screen by the sushi bar. Highly recommended, sushi lovers will rejoice. Very easy to miss but on Ogden Ave so should find it ok.

We have been going to Yamado for many many years... over 6 yrs. Unfortunately, until about a couple of years ago, it was owned by someone else. Now Mr. Lee and his wife have created a great homey atmosphere and I visit multiple times a week. My children and I love it and every time anyone visits from out of town, we make sure to take them there. The sushi and sashimi is extremely generous (even on $1 Sushi days) and always super fresh. As a matter of fact, on occasion I have order Tuna pieces and if Mr. Lee feels at all it's not fresh enough, he will give me Toro instead (Toro = more expensive and much better tuna). I recommend you try it for yourself and see what we rave about to all our friends!
Pros: Very well greeted everytime....they even know my voice on the phone :)
Cons: Should change name or advise new ownership. They've gotten a bad rap.

After hearing many good things about White Hen, I had high hopes. WH advertised really cheap coffee as a promo to bring in new customers. I dropped in on a weekday around noon and poured myself a cup of coffee from one of their three carafes available. It looks like if you go earlier, there's more choices; there were as many as two dozen empty coffee carafes still sitting on burners that were turned on. Needless to say, the burnt coffee smell should have warned me.
Now, I'm a huge coffee fan. I've had really bad coffee before, but I've always been able to stomach it. However, after taking one sip in the parking lot, I ended up pouring out the entirety of a 20-some oz. cup into the grass near the lot. It tasted horribly burned, very bitter, and it smelled nauseating. White Hen, I'm ashamed.

I recently visited your wendy's and ordered a taco salad.I have always thought highly of your restaurant. I have had some problems with not getting the order right, not recieving forks and spoons in the drive thru, and not having a change table in the bathroom.I have never had a problem with the quality of food ,until now. The salad I had ordered was swimming in a pool of water. I didn't have time to wait in line for a new one and was with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time whom I didn't want to make uncomfortable.
