My regular stylist left Zazu so they sent me to another girl (who i later found out was new!). My hair is really blonde which my previous stylist did an excellent job keeping it that way, but the new girl seriously turned my hair blue!!! I wanted to cry. Not only did they turn it bluewhen i complained they told me to just give it a few days and it would fade back to normal (seriously!!!) it also never faded back to normal. They still charged me full price which wasnt cheap. I eventually found my regular stylist thank god and she fixed it but i would never go back to zazu again. Cons: parking is terrible! prices are high! Staff doesnt seem very exsperienced

Brought my mom and girl friend here for spa pedicures and an eyebrow wax for my girlfriend. They enjoyed it thoroughly, my mom bought nail polish and a $50 gift card walking out. I looked at a few different spas before deciding on this one, based on price, service and the atmosphere inside. My only hesitation choosing was that there were not many reviews, but the recipients were glad I picked this one. Pros: Quick friendly service, great atmosphere, great experience Cons: Did not see any promotions or competitive prices

On the plus side I got an appointment for a massage right away on a last minute call. Unfortunately it was the worst massage I have ever had and I have had hundreds of massages. The woman's hands were rough and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. I really should have gotten up and left, but I didn't. It was not a relaxing experience. Pros: parking, receptionist was nice Cons: terrible massage

I really enjoy my cuts with Ann at Zazu. I have curly hair and she knows exactly how to cut it so that it curls. Those of you with curly hair know what I mean -sometimes you get a cut that makes your hair frizz! I've also had bikini waxes at Zazu. The facilities are modern and clean and the prices are reasonable. Pros: Good staff, reasonable prices, good service Cons: Far from Chicago

I made an appointment at this salon after seeing a coupon for it in the newspaper. I booked with the first available stylist, and now I see why she was so available. I asked for a brown rinse, to tone down my blonde highlights, and my hair was extremely dark brown for about a week, then completely faded to a muddled reddish color. It looked horrible, I will never go back. Pros: good location, trendy Cons: stylists no good, expensive

This spa is a great therapeutic and relaxing place. The staff is well versed and i simply liked there amazing pumpkin pedicure ( a fall only special). The aroma of apple spice, pumpkin, green tea along with a great massage leave the feet fresh, fragrant and super soft. The costs are a little on the higher side but It's a real nice place when you want to pamper yourself.
