I had items stolen from my vehicle. They used it for there own personal use. The price quoted was not anywhere near the price they told me it would be. The owner Al was very nice on the phone...just wait till he gets your car. He is a scammer. I am very sorry I ever took my vehicle here. The transmission has never worked properly since he repaired it. It also took him 3 times as long to have my car back then what he told me. Also...he offers free towing. There is a reason why, in Illinois if you voluntarliy give your vehicle to someone, it cannot be considered theft. He can keep your car as long as he wants, repair it in anyway he calls repaired he can damage it, and deny it, and all you can do is go to small claims. Be very careful, there is a value in using a dealer with a reputible name. USE SOMEBODY ELSE, YOUR CAR WILL THANK YOU.

Several months later they had a problem getting their work out on time when one of their top mechanics quit. About the same time I brought my Subaru to them. They had it over a month and almost every day they promised they'd get to it the following day. They finally told me to take the car. They were beligerant and hostile and accused me of expecting free work (I never asked them for any free work and always offered to pay them anytime I brought any of my vehicles in for repair even if they didn't fix it). I will never bring my cars back to them for repair. By the way the transmission was not completely fixed and I have to periodically lift up on the clutch pedal or the clutch won't disengage completely. This is not the same company I came to know and trust last year.

I was having serious problems with my Jetta transmission. I couldn't get it in gear when it was cold. I took it to the local VW dealer. They told me I needed a new transmission. They could get me rebuilt one for $3,500. The Midas dealer at 111th & Rt 59 recommended these guys. Al told me he could save me at least $2,000. I was skeptical to say the least but he fixed it for $1370 and it's been working fine ever since. He replaced the master and slave cylinders and did a complete clutch job and never had to even open up the trans case. He not only kept his promise but exceeded it. Pros: Their prices were reasonable and their quality is excellent Cons: Not open on Sat and the waiting room isn't exactly glamous but I can deal with it.

We own a small business in Naperville. Recently our delivery truck developed a transmission problem. Their team went to work and within a day and a half we were back in business. It was so smooth from lining up the tow to staying after hours so I could pickup our Van. I sincerely thank Multistate for bending over backwards and bailing me out of a bad situation with my transmission. Now my Van can pull the wheels off the ground. I have a 323I 2000, the transmission went @ 91K, so I took it to them and they showed me that the transmission was bad. I said rebuild it, they did (or so I Thought).The same problem that I had the first time with my tranny was back but additionally it was leaking also. I took it to a transmission shop that specializes in BMW, mercedes.. They took it apart and told me that the transmission was never rebuilt. I had them do the work, 4 Days later I picked up the car and gave me an itemized bill. Multistate never gave me an itemized bill and I thought that was strange. I spent $2700,00 at multistate to have the trans rebuilt and it never was. Then I spent (Because of Multistates either incompetence or them just being rip off artists) $3000.00 at the place on the east coast.
