We were visiting Napa for Thanksgiving and one of my son's lower bands snapped, he was very uncomfortable. There would be no eating this Thanksgiving, plus making all of us miserable. I called Dr Cooke's office. She called back very quickly and took time from her family to help my son. I wish we lived in Napa so he could by my son's orthodontist. She obviously goes above and beyond and cares for her patients deeply! David

We were visiting Napa for Thanksgiving and one of my son's lower bands snapped, he was very uncomfortable. There would be no eating this Thanksgiving, plus making all of us miserable. I called Dr Cooke's office. She called back very quickly and took time from her family to help my son. I wish we lived in Napa so he could by my son's orthodontist.
