What a great restaurant! The Masimoto (sp?) is the owner, cashier, bus boy, and chef all in one. And he runs a tight ship. There are no item substitutions, custom orders, moving tables, or even tipping, and many more (he made a nice long list displayed through out the restaurant). And if you do any of the latter I hear he kicks out out! My friend was there when someone tried to leave a tip at the table and he yelled and chased after them to take back the money.
Anyways, back to the restaurant... You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his shop. Everything is very clean and tidy. The food is GREAT, fresh, tasty, good sized portions, and nice presentation. The prices range from $6-$8 and there are daily specials as well. I had the salmon with herb roasted potatoes and greek salad, I also hear the Chicken is delish.
Check it out! I think it is my best find in the area so far!
