Conway is in the heart of Skagit Valley farm country and the Conway pub is the heart of the town. It's a great blend of old time and modern. They have pool tables and shuffleboard, the best burgers around, and from time to time they have live music, including impromptu jazz jams. I was there one Sunday and a small group was playing, when this guy drove up on a pea viner - that's a huge piece of farm equipment - walked in with his saxophone, and joined in for a short set before heading off on his pea viner. Unbelievable.

Conway is in the heart of Skagit Valley farm country and the Conway pub is the heart of the town. It's a great blend of old time and modern.
