This is Alan and after seeing this false claim I felt compelled to respond.First of all Mr. Schlupp.You were told that since your old shingles were not cut right and did not overlap into your original gutters that you would have water running behind your gutters.I also noticed that this problem was patched once before.So as a favor I sent one of my guys to repair it at my cost.When it wasnt my problem.You shouldn't place blame on someone when you dont know the facts.After thousands of more than satisfied customers I guess I cant avoid one of those customers.Lets be honest,Your fault not mine,but I was more than nice enough to patch it again for you at my cost.
