They are a zillion restaurants on Castro Street but they really all seem to be either Thai or Indian food. Zucca is a refreshing change to the Castro Street scene. I've only been for lunch but they offer a fantastic lunch menu, be sure to try one of the wraps. The chicken one is absolutely fantastic. Prices for lunch are reasonable and they try to get you in and out pretty fast during the week.

Serving food from Turkey, Israel, Lebanon, Greece, Spain, Italy and France, Zucca offers a unique dining experience on Castro. Dine outside if you don't mind the exhaust from the passing cars. You can book with them at Open Table. We once had a super annoying waiter, but other than him, the service has been great.

when you stroll down mountain view's castro street on a summer evening, you'll find many choices of nice restaurants, all with a nice bustling, lively scene. i think zucca is one restaurant that attracts a decent amount of attention.
the food is rather unique and well prepared. the owner and managers are very friendly and really add to the appeal of this classy yet casual, modern restaurant.
