This was a good restaurant -- not a ten by any means -- but good. The service was a bit slow but our waitress's friendly personality made up for delay. I do have to say that this place could have been any other "good restaurant" in the Bay Area. For me, there was nothing to distinguish the food, service, locale very much at all--except for the noise...this place is loud! Be prepared to shout at each other if you come during dinner on the weekend...my group eventually stopped trying to have a conversation altogether and focused on eating.

The waiter who sat us led my husband and I to a booth set up for 4 people and made us stand in the aisle as he took several minutes to clear the other place settings away. Then, our waitress did not have the courtesy to let us know the specials for the day, while we did hear her recite them to others sitting around us as they were seated. She never came to ask if our meals were ok or if we needed anything else and we sat there forever before we had to flag her down in order to get our check The place looks classy but the service does not reflect that in my opinion. It doesn't matter how good the food is, we still wouldn't go back because of the terrible service there.
