Something took a chunck out of my rear tire on my ride home from work on Friday. Since I had to get a new tire and tube, I figured I'd also bring my bike into the shop and see if they could figure out the chain slippage/maybe switching gears on its own problem. I had once brought it back to the place I bought it, and they couldn't fix it; I also left it with someone I used to work with who said they could fix it - nope. I figured I maybe just had an expensive lemon and rode it. Swearing at it on occasion. It is fixed. Only ~$50 bucks in parts and labor (not including the tire/tube, of course), and she rides like a dream!!! I can't tell you you thrilled I am. The folks at The Off Ramp have my loyal business! Pros: Excellent customer service and bike shop. Cons: None.

I've gotten all of my family's bikes from this store. They have great selection and pricing. Their staff is very helpful in helping you find just the right bike for your needs. They have a shop in back. They take pride in their customer care and have done a great job in maintaining my family's bikes. I had a chain that bent just past the warranty period and they replaced it for free. They definitely have a repeat customer in us!

They have a huge selection of everything cycle related. They have a couple of stores, one in Campbell and one in Mountain View. You can get a great deal on a bike, they often have sales on the more popular bikes. Most of the staff know what they're talking about. Ask to test drive a bike.
