Casa Lupe offers decent Mexican on Castro. The salsa is average. My fajitas were acceptable, but I much prefer La Fiesta down Villa. Others prefer the Fiesta del Mar restaurants. The service is great and the small establishment feels cozy not cramped. I believe they have a second location in Sunnyvale.

I always get the steak burrito . . . chips and salsa are better than the chains and the service is usually pretty good

This is a pretty good restaurant that serves Mexican food. The food is delicious and the waiter was really nice. The building is small and yellow and looks like it is made of adobe. It is small so it may be hard to find. Just look for a yellow thing on the right side of Castro St. I liked the enchiladas and the refrescos. Overall, I thought it was a wonderful Mexican experience and I truly felt Mexican while I was there.

Casa Lupe is a fairly small restaurant in downtown Mountain View. The food is good. I like the beans. The waiter was nice. I liked the drinks. The decor is Mexican. I like the drapes. It's worse than Casa Del Mar, but this restaurant is a little bit cheaper. Overall, it is good. I would recommend it, but not for a fancy outing.
