Love their wraps..calcutta kati roll etc.--different than the wraps from Chaat Cafe...these are fried like parathas (not naans),,sometimes with egg (if you want)...but very very tasty.

The pahadi noodles are awesome. Kids meals were ok ok...nothing great.

Hands-down the best curried chicken I've ever had. The rest of the menu is an unknown to me because I get this amazing chicken and curry every time I go.
Pros: Chicken curry
Cons: No idea

Last evening we went to Amber Cafe at Mountain view. We ordered zafrani kabab, pav bhaji and tangdi kabab. Each tasted worse than te other. The chicken tasted stale in the zafrani kabab and had no flavor. As for the tangdi kabab the chicken was not cooked well and had raw half cooked flesh ( you would realize it only if you took your first bite). Now about the pavbhaji... it was the worst I had ever tasted. having lived in Mumbai, I am very familiar with the taste of pavbhaji. The bhaji was very spicy, deep red in color and the bread was stale. Terrible food... and very very pricey...I would absolutely avoid this restaurant. The pavbhaji cost $ 7.50 and the kababs cost $9.00. Please avoid this restaurant...It serves the worst food in town. Just do not be misled by the name. Although Bits and bytes is an offshoot of Amber India do not be misled. Amber India serves good food.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Terrible food, poor service, overpriced
