Our family was just driving by on a week nite and we happened to pass Spice. The restaurant is not very easy to spot as the sign is not that big - they need a bigger sign that lights up. We were originally going to go to another restaurant down the street, but the wait was too long and we decided to go back to Spice. We were able to get seated immediately at Spice. The server was attentitve. With our family of 5, we were able to try a nice sample of dishes. Because the menu offered dishes from different Asian cuisines, we wanted to try many of them. So we tried dungenous crab fried rice, pancit, the thai basil chicken, pork adobo, shanghai lumpia, banana fritters/turon and halo halo and even the coconut creme brulee. All the dishes were prepared fresh and the flavors were good, tasty, and unique and even unexpectedly good. The manager or owner came by to ask how everything was and we gave her our feedback, we suggested that perhaps, they be open later on weeknites. We also congratulated her on the restaurant, as we heard that they just had a recent grand opening and we very much enjoyed the food. Hope more people find out about Spice, it is an experience worth trying.
