So I was told that this training academy had a new owner and teaches more of a Mixed Martial Art than Tae Kwon Do. I decided to go in and take a look. My first impression is that they care. The staff was joking around with the students and on the floor, The instructor is really knowledgeable. You can tell just by the way he approaches teaching the technique. 3 weeks ago I signed all 3 of my children up. I have already seen improvement in schoolwork and attitude at home! In class they learned how to throw knees to the body. It really is a awsome school. I'm looking into signing up myself just because it looks like so much fun! Here is my recommendation; go and talk to Peter. Watch him teach a class and then make up your mind on setting up that first appointment.

I've been active in the adults program at this school for years. The instructors do a great job of tailoring the program to your abilities, whether you need to start out slowly or if you are already in shape. This is important, especially when you are older and just starting to work out again! Noontime classes for adults only is an hour and the instruction is first-rate.
Our kids are also students and the best part is that the instructors are always positive - they never put the kids down, but at the same time, everyone is expected to do their best.

This is a place where you can take Tae Kwon Do classes. There are a lot of little kids here, and not that many adults and teens. The facility is pretty small and they don't have air conditioning. Most of the classes are only 45 minutes long. They expect you to attend class several times a week.
