The managers at this specific store have no sense of customer service whatsoever. No wonder the sales associates are rude, disrespectful and manner less. They NEED to have a better staff so the customers feel welcomed and happy when they enter the store and not getting involved with ugly women that have no sense of assisting you in the right way.

Marshalls is a discount retailer that carries clothes and housewares. Everything is usually from last season but you can find some really great deals. The hard part is that you have to go in and search fairly often to find the best stuff. Especially for clothes, you have to weed through a lot of junk to find the designer names. They always have brands like Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and Jones New York. The housewares section is great, you can find great deals on towels, sheets, etc. It just takes time and you have to be willing to check in every so often to see what new items have come in.

Marshalls is a good place to go if you want something that has somewhat of a designer name on it, but doesn't cost much. This store has great Billabong, Hurley, etc. shirts for guys that are half the cost of Pacsun and the like. It also has great purses and you can sometimes find a cute shirt from Express there.
