Ed Soetje from Bonanza came out to our house and was very professional in fixing an A/C duct and some insulation under our house. He took extra time to inspect my furnace and A/C (at no charge -- even though they are paid by the hour). He explained which filters were the best for efficiency and durability.
He also recommended the best-priced stores at which to buy air filters even though he had some on his truck that he could have sold me.
All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I recently had my townhouse inspected by the folks at J&M. The inspector was on time and very professional. The entire inspection was done in a timely manner and the inspector was very respective of the interior (took of shoes while inside, etc). When I received my inspection report, there were very detailed explanations of every problem within the house from a loose toilet, dripping sink, fungal damage, gaps between doorway steps, etc. The inspection was conducted very thoroughly. They were very good in identifying every single problem with the unit on top of the termite detection.

The owner of this company does not seem to understand the basics of customer service, such as keeping his word on estimates, returning customer phone calls, or apologizing for not keeping his word. He is surely when held accountable for his actions and hangs up on customers.
I would not recommend this company
