It is my mistake to take the advice from the optometrist upstairs to go in this store. I have insurance to cover a pair of glass per year. My insurance told me the store is a contractor with them (Blue Cross & Blue Shield) but the store insurance person denied the coverage for the glass. Their coverage is for medical reason (red eyes, etc.). Why would anyone go to a store for red eye? My insurance company sent at least 2 letters to the store but the store manager does not reply to the inquire letter, even after I called her to ask her to communicate with my insurance company. I should have never gone into this store.
The len and frame are almost twice expensive as other stores. My husband got quote of $490 for a bi-focal len and frame. He went to Costco and got it for less than $300.

Very professional and thorough, but personable as well. You won't feel like any question is too stupid.
Pros: environment, ambience, parking
Cons: none

The first thing that will strike you about this otherwise average optometrist office is the really expansive inventory of frame styles for glasses and sunglasses. It is really impressive. Frames come in all shapes and sizes. They have thick librarian plastic, thin plastic, metal, thin silve, rimless, bifocals. It is a lot of fun trying on all sorts of looks.
