I've been going here for YEARS. I own a business that repairs cars and have been taking my customers car's here as well. This will all end as of today ! I know car washes that have tracks could cause wheel damage, and it did happen to my car in the past. The old manager said, "Yeah it happens all the time, so repair your wheels and we will reimburse you". I drop my car off today, and watch it getting vacuumed never a problem. I see an older guy get into my car and proceed to drive much faster than the norm through the pre wash station, still no problem. Then as he gets to the main wash I feel he is going too fast and I see my car lurch to the right as he hits the tracks pretty hard. I KNOW there will be damage. It goes through the wash and I immediately go look and sure enough there is a gouge on my wheel. I'm right next to the asst manager, and I tell her she looks for a second and calls the new manager. He comes over and looks for like 5 seconds, and says "NO WAY THAT DAMAGE COULD HAVE BEEN DONE HERE". I tell him that I saw it happen, and I know things like this could happen, but he says no way and walks away. I've been taking several cars a week here, as well as my, and my techs cars for awhile. I will be posting pics here VERY soon and will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows how they treat customers.

These guys have it down to a science. You leave your car (don't forget to leave the keys or they'll have to hunt you down!) and they vacuum it, wash it, dry it. I love watching them scurry around--I always marvel at the logistics of the whole operation! They have a shoe-shine guy on premises, plus complimentary popcorn and lemonade while you wait. Don't forget to grab a coupon from the lobby before you pay--it'll save you a couple bucks. And of course, don't forget to tip!

Lozano's Brushless Car wash is an institution in Silicon Valley. They've done a great job cleaning all the crap off your car, and they clean both inside and out with their "standard" wash. I even took my SUV to Lozano's after taking it to burning man. For those that have been out to the playa, your car gets seriously messed up as dust sneaks in everywhere. There was literally a half inch of dust on my car and the inside of my SUV was coated with dust too when I took it into Lozano's For $15 they got nearly all the dust out and my car was sparkling clean again. Amazing! The greatest thing about Lozano's is that they mini-detail your car before getting it back to you. They wipe down everythign inside, and they even spray a little "fragrance" if you ask them to. A great full-service car wash!

I'm usually a person who will wash, wax, and vaccum my car myself because I want to pay attention to every detail on my car. On the other hand, I will have my lazy days and with the nice streaks of sunny days in the south bay you have to have your car always spotless. So I wouldn't trust my car to anyone but the folks at Lozano's. You'll always see so many cars lined up here on the sunniest of days. Don't let that intimidate you because the folks at Lozano's are very very efficient. It's also really affordable for the amazing detailed job they do. $15 bucks for wash, wax, and vaccumming. They'll even vaccum your trunk for you if you ask them.
