Family run and onsite, very kind, and human oriented. I have rented from the STORAGE folks and they finger print you, run background checks and it can take hours to get a simple storage unit. A drawback is the hours, but remember that makes it safer. It is very convenient to Mt. View and Sunnyvale.

I love this store because you can find almost everything there for your children and the entire family. The prices are reasonable and the quality and variety of products is great. I have followed the "bee" for 30 years. This new shop is the crown jewel for all sewing and quilting enthusiasts. If they don't have it, they will get it! Just ask....
The best , all major brands, available in one shop, Best service, warranty and repairs. the one stop shop. Friendly helpful staff, Take a trip, tour group, a worthwhile experience. Sometimes shop is very busy, be patient and ask for what you are looking for.

I rely on this UPS store in downtown Castro for all my shipping, UPS handling and passport services needs. I have found the service efficient, and staff cordial and the customer service prompt. They have convenient working hours and the few times i have phoned for business hours, they have been courteous.
I go out of my way by driving past several other similar service stores to take my business here.
Tip: If parking on Castro is not available, there is usually parking in the back shared parking lot. You'll walk through the lobby to Castro street, passing a nice local-owned coffee shop.
Pros: Efficient service for shipping and passport photo needs

The sales reps were very helpful. I came in on a Saturday and the service was 'okay' because they were pretty busy. It greatly improved during the week when I called in several times with some questions and a request to change the install date.
I got quoted from two other granite places with Artistic Stone in the middle on price. I went with AS because the cheaper place seemed shady and would not give me a contractor's license number. My installer Nik showed up about 30 minutes late, granted I did reschedule my install. He finished my entire kitchen in about 6 hours. Pretty impressive!
I think they are the best value around and would reccommend them to anyone.
PROS: Excellent granite, install, price and customer service
CONS: Installer a bit late, but made up for it with great work
