I have occasional back problems and have found that massages can help relieve the soreness. Massages are also wonderful for relieving stress. I've had several massages at Heavenly Massage since they opened a few years ago. The massage therapists are great. They always ask up front about what type of pressure is desired and whether to focus on particular body parts, like the back, for example. Their prices are $60 for a one-hour massage, and you can sometimes beat that with coupons that come in the mail or by email if you register. They just sent me an e-coupon for $65 for 90 minutes, usable only on my birthday. I plan to use it. Most of the time they take me on schedule. Today, I guess, they were a little light, so I called for a 3:30 massage at 2:45 and they were able to schedule it. Once, they started me about 20 minutes late, but the rest of the times I've had no problem. So, massages in general are a great idea, and I've found Heavenly massage to be a good service.
