Have dealt with them for at least 8 years and with 6 cars. They always giving us a true picture of the problem, what the best way something should be done or what we can do just to 'get by' or if a problem is not worth the $$ to fix it. Easy to work with, prompt with their scheduling, and all out great to work with.

Mill Street Tire is THE place to go for tires and tire repairs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They don't try to sell you something you don't really need. They do their work professionally and their prices are very reasonable. I took my car there to have a tire mounted and balanced. It was done in about 20 minutes and they even straightened out my slightly bent rim...all for less than $20!

This Pep Boys has finally convinced me to never take my car to any Pep Boys ever again. Took my car in since my engine light was on. They told me it was the oxygen sensor, parts and labor come out to over $300 dollars. I drive off the lot and the engine light comes back on, I turn right around. I leave my car there again for a day. I come back and I have a bill for $200 for attempting to diagnose the problem and resetting my car's computer "eeprom". I try to fight it but there is no budging. I drive off the lot, a couple hours later the light comes back on! I take it back and demand to know what is going on. They hold it over night and just charge me $75 for resetting the eeprom which I cannot get out of not paying. I end up speaking to a manager and he basically tells me the problem is the eeprom is old and needs to be replaced. Pep Boys cannot do this, I have to take my car to the dealer and it will cost probably around $300 - $500. He told me this is common for my car/year and my eeprom. So I ask why did they charge me $300 the first time, $200 the second and $75 for the last just to tell me that I have to take it to the deal for around $400? He said that the mechanic who looked at it was young and not familiar with my car. I ended up speaking to a couple other mechanics at 2 local shops and they laughed basically saying they ripped me off. Replacing the Oxygen sensor is a common scam as well as just resetting the eeprom when they know that sometime soon you will be back in with the same problem so they can make more money off of you. It is a mechanic scam where they send you off the lot knowing you'll be back soon pouring money in their pocket, they had a term for it I forget what it was. Do not go here unless you are willing to throw money away.
I ended up buying a device for $75 so that I can reset the eeprom myself from time to time (like taking it to inspection), need a laptop and codes from the internet to use it.
Cons: proven to rip you off, mechanics are not skilled

For some reason I always want to stop into Sears when I'm in the Moorestown Mall. I really don't know why. I guess the store's bright lights and sale signs lure me in. It's been so long since I bought something here though. The merchandise is just so boring. Sears carries clothes that don't seem to be in vogue with anyone. Their prices are a bit higher than JCPenney. The Lands' End branded items, while of high quality, are extremely overpriced. And did I mention that the few coupons I get from Sears exclude almost anything worthy of mention?
The hardware department is inconvenient; it's in the basement. I prefer Home Depot or Lowe's, which have a bigger selection at lower prices. The housewares are limited, and again, are not special, but still cost more than elsewhere. Electronics here are the worst deals. Best Buy is definitely cheaper than this store. Also, the appliance department is never busy. The salespeople never have any customers to serve. Talk about a boring store!
Sears is located near the dollar store.
