this is one great local korean place to eat... we have been coming here to eat, since they opened a couple of years ago... over the years, they have steadily increased their clientele base and it can get quite busy now on the weekends... frequently, locals run into each other here. it has a very homey environment... the food is very comparable to those in korean town, in LA... except for locals, it's more convenient... i'd recommend eating here... i frequently do! more

local restaurant in a strip mall. it has all the basic korean food choices, soon do bu tofu as well as kalbi and korean bbq but the place is more like a local fast food joint but the prices are not. the side dishes are also not that great as there is not that much of a selection. more

Cute Korean Tofu House 8/4/2005

Lee’s Tofu is a hidden gem of Monterey Park. It is an authentic Korean tofu house. Although it is not well-known, they have very good food at a decent price. They have a variety of tofu soup and some other courses (e.g. Korean barbeque). Of course, they have a wide range of side dishes for everyone. Although Korean tofu houses keep sprouting up around the San Gabriel Valley, I like coming here because I usually don’t have to wait for a table. more
