I shop here for skateboards and skateboard parts for my kids. The owner is really nice and explains things without being condescending. I really look forward to shopping there. The clothes he stocks are terrific; pricey but the sort of things that last forever.

I'm not really into surfing, but it is the uggs that drew me into this store. I live in Salinas and eventhough we have two stores that sell uggs, it is difficult to find them in my size, so I went in looking for a specific style and they had it in my size. I haven't been back in a while, but will make my way back to the store for more Uggs for the upcoming winter months. They also sell boys, girls, women's, and men's apparel, shoes, and snowboarding items. Great store with lots of variety.

This store is nice stop for your running needs in the Monterey area. It is really improving every day. They stock all sorts of running supplies - from gels and GU (including those elusive Clif Shot Blox) to shorts and shoes and even moisture wicking sports bras. The new owners are always in the shop when I stop by, and they always seem to remember me and what I like to buy each time I come in.
They really listen to their customers, too. I told them about my interest in trying some running skirts, and now they are ordered and I'm told they will be in stock by the end of the month!
One of my favorite perks of the store is their customer rewards program - for every $250 you spend, you get $25 of store credit - not a discount, but an actual credit that you can use for anything. $250 may seem like a lot if you aren't a runner, but if you are, you know how one new pair of shoes and a few shirts and pairs of shorts can put you right up there!
This store is small compared with some other Fleet Feet locations, but the staff more than make up for the lack of size with their knowledge and friendly, accomodating attitude!
