Let's just say that I had my bike repaired with them. They promised 2 weeks. After a month, I was already livid but I decided to give them a chance. Besides, they tried to charge me $50 for some rigging I am sure they did not do. 2nd month came and went and then finally the 3rd. I just went there are b*tc(d my way to get my bike out.

The single worst experience I have ever had. These jokers had my bike for over 2 months. I paid up front and instead of using that money to buy parts for my bike they spent it on something else. The phone was shut off to the shop after about a month, so I couldn't get in touch with them. No updates to me, no phone calls. The shop was closed for over a week at a time. I felt like my bike was being held hostage. When it was finally fixed some of the upgrades I had requested had still not been done but I just wanted my bike back. Sal Dimaggio cannot be trusted. Martin and John, the mechanics, are decent guys and do good work, but for your own sake do not even bother with this shop. Pros: Clean? Cons: Where do you want me to start?
