This drycleaner's location is very convenient. It is on right on Lighthouse (especially convenient if you live in New Monterey or Pacific Grove). They are part of a little strip mall with a parking lot, so it is very easy to park and run in. They do a decent job at cleaning your clothes. The prices are right. However, the service didn't really impress me. I didn't really feel welcome there. It might just have been the person who helped me when I dropped off my clothes. When I picked them up, another employee helped me and was much nicer.

I recently had my rugs cleaned in the plant and the information was very useful that the technician took the time out to explain. I'm so thankful that the urine damage from my cat was attended to in as best as a way as it could have been done, I was convinced my rugs where done for. They brought them back to life!! My Husband and I are in love with our rugs again!!

Horrible
Minor repair resulted in the destruction of the vehicle. Over $10.000 to repair the damage from their incompetence and negligence. Please do the research and read other reviews on the internet -- I am not alone with the bad experience.
Pros: none unless you want to suffer
Cons: anything I can imagine
