I had never been to a chiropractor before and frankly was a little scared. My wife convinced me to give it a try but I was pretty skeptical. The office got me right in. Dr. Brunke's examination was very thorough and that made me feel very comfortable. After three visits my low back pain has dramatically reduced and I'm finally sleeping again. He uses a high tech adjusting machine (I can't remember the name..) but it was completely comfortable. Slim and Tone is a great place for women to go work out. It is a small gym, but it has all you need in it. They have a great circuit training. They also offer classes (pilates, yoga...), and the instructors are great. The staff is so friendly and always makes you feel welcome.

The clinic is fabulous. It is new and comfortable. The staff bends over backwards to make you feel important and to listen to you whenever you need help or information. Most of all Dr. Ramirez is an angel...he performs miracles! He helped us to overcome infertility and have our babies!What luck that we happened to read about him online and went to see him. We used to think it would be impossible to be parents until he convinced us that there were many ways to go about having a family. We decided to do donor eggs, since I was unable to produce good ones due to my age. Now we are happy parents of twin girls!

At what other grocery store can you ask an employee to check for more of an item in the storeroom, and he will do it happily? They did not have any of my beloved Clif ZBars on the shelf one morning, and when I mentioned this to the clerk at checkout, she called another employee over to check for me. Well, they found the last box in the back just for me!
That is just one example of how the employees at this location will go out of their way for you. On top of that, they stock the highest quality foods for a healthful lifesstyle. They do get very busy at lunchtime and right after the workday ends, but if you hit them in the morning or midafternoon, you shouldn't have a problem. Even if you have to go at a busy hour, there is ample parking (something that can't be said for the rest of the shopping center). Overall, a really great place to shop!

I was referred to Dr. Bend during my secong pregnancy due to back and neck pain. He was wonderful!! His front office staff was great as well and worked me in on short notice more than a few times! I would recommend Dr. Bend to anyone in need of Chiropractic needs!!!

After 6 months of acupuncture treatments with Rikke, not only did i get pregnant, my mental and physical health is now the best it has been in years! I received bi-weekly acupuncture treatments as well as herbal medicine to regulate my menstrual cycle and help me ovulate. Rikke always had time to explain and more importantly to listen. (something my obgyn never mastered). Rikke's bedside manner's are impecable and the treatments were wonderfully relaxing!

It's hard to find a primary care doctor in Monterey who will take new patients, and then if they do, they probably won't accept your insurance. Doctors on Duty doesn't require an appointment, they're open extended hours and on weekends, and they take my Blue Cross insurance. There are multiple locations in Monterey (and Salinas) The clinic on Lighthouse is newer, but the Fremont clinic has one of the best physicians around (Dr. D'Ambrosio). If you don't have a primary care physician but need to see a doctor for something that doesn't require an emergency room visit, I recommend Doctors on Duty.

I felt rushed and then abandoned. They ordered the same prescription I had had, but I ended up with terrible headaches. By the time all was done, I returned the lenses, got my money back and went somewhere else. Frustrating and unpleasant experience.
