Not too surprising but don't go to the Aquarium gift shop if you're looking for a deal. However, the stuff they have in stock is awesome and sure to be a total hit as a gift.

I just love visiting the aquarium when I venture down to Monterey. What a spectacular place!!

Even though they have some of the best souveniers related to the monterey Bay Aquarium, I believe the things here are a little overpriced. I had rather not buy anything from here since I strongly beleive that they could have done better than to sell stuff thats like a mark up of almost 70%. But if you are a big fan and have to buy something, they do have some of the best looking frames, key chains and jackets/T shirts. The stuffed animals are hard to resist.

If you are visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium take a look at their gift shop. There is lots to buy and it's a fun place to browse. It's good for kids because there are lots of souvenirs in all price ranges. They have a large selection of shirts and sweatshirts, as well as many books about sea life.

The Monterey Bay Aquarium Gift Shop has lots of goodies for all kinds of people. They have expensive goodies, like jewelry and artwork, and smaller items, such as socks, stuffed animals, children's' books, etc., for the tighter budget. The spacing is a bit small, so it feels a little crowded, and the prices are a bit....pricey. But, it's a neat look around when you're done cruising the aquarium.
