Excellent Customer Service The customer service at Monroe Foreign Auto was beyond my expectations. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and had my two kids with me. My husband was suppose to come and pick me up and take me home, and called at the last minute and was unable to make it. I didn't know what to do, and my car was going to be there most of the day. Without hesitation, Bob Warden insisted that he drive me to where I needed to go. He packed up my two kids and took me home. I thought that was so amazing. I have never been to a car shop that made me feel so comfortable and safe and know that I was being taken care of. I thank them still to this day and continue to take my car there for any repairs. more

The most honest shop I've used 9/18/2007

I've had my truck here 4-5 times... Two of those times I thought I had a serious problem which turned out to be nothing - and Monroe Foreign Auto did not charge me anything for their time. Nothing. A less honest shop could have invented a problem and charged me for fixing it. Most shops would have charged a diagnostic fee. But, I wasn't charged a thing. Now I've moved from Monroe to Bellevue and I'm thinking I may STILL use this shop, despite how far away they are now, because they've done such great jobs for such fair fees - it's just worth it when you find someone good you can trust. more

They have always done a good job for me. 11/10/2006

I've been taking my cars to Monroe Foreign Auto for more than 10 years. They know what they're doing, and they tell me what I need to know so that I can figure out what to fix and what to let ride. When I get the car back, it'll be fixed. They finish on time, and stay (reasonably) within budget. more
