I love the salespeople at Nordstroms. They've always gone above and beyond the call of duty for me, without acting snobbish if I'm not wearing the latest It bag. They've got great sales too, so be sure to hit them up at the end of the season!

Nordstrom at the Shops of Mission Viejo is a beautiful store. The selection is good and the sales staff is knowledgable. If they don't have it the sales staff will hunt down what you are looking for and get it. From infant to shoes, everything you could wish for in a clothing store for the whole family. There is even a fine jewelery section. You can grab a latte at snack at the cafe if you need a break and they offer a family restroom and a mothers room.

Everyone knows Nordstrom for their fancy style and ambiance. This is true, but some of their stuff is reasonably priced. Best of all, you know you will always receive quality merchandise. Returns are NEVER a problem. You dont even have to have your receipt. Even if something goes wrong with your item, and it has been used, they will refund the entire amount, no questions ask. They do not make you feel guilty for returning things either. I personally love their Juniors Department, Brass Plum.
