I went for a haircut with the owner Fariba, and it was the worst experience of my life. First of all, it was 4:30 pm and she was constantly on her cell phone making plans for her evening of movies and fondue. I should have known. Then she told Anna that my haircut will take 4 minutes. She did not section off my hair, but just grabbed sections and cut. I have curly hair, so with curls, the haircut looked great. When Anna tried to straighten my hair, it was all puffy since they didn't have the right brush. Then Fariba saw me again and it was clear that the left side was not layered like the right side. She agreed, but instead of layering my hair, she was just emptying the ends. I pointed it out to her and she gave me an attitude and asked if I wanted the scissors. I told her no and she was just irritated. Then she said she had places to go and she had no time for this. I pointed it out to her that if she has no time or experience with my hair, she should have told me instead of taking me on and doing a horrible job. I left. When I got home, my mom saw my hair and was shocked. The back was one inch longer on the left than on the side. The layers did not match. The top of my hair had layers longer than the bottom and the left and right side did not match. She could have easily grabbed pieces from the right and left and measured and woudl have realized. But she was just to sure of herself.\r

She let her ego get in the way and she was not professional at all. She was more interested in her evening plans than her customer. I would not recommend her to anyone. She is rude, has a bad attitude, and she has no clue how to cut hair professionally.\r

Pros: Anna her assistant was nice and tried her best.
Cons: Not professional, rude, attitude, only have one type of blowdrying brush, doesn't section off hair, always on her cell phone
