Mission Viejo Motors has been servicing my cars for 12 years. I have always enjoyed superior service, support and attentiveness. Their pricing is usually right on. I highly recommend them!

I've been taking my cars (Honda's, Acura's, Toyota's and a Ford) here for maintenance and repairs for close to 20 years. The folks are great. Most of them come from working at nearby dealerships and have the same skills and background you get at the dealers. The biggest upside I've found is that I've never been upsold and I never feel like they're ripping me off! Also, Joe Gilliam (Honda & Toyota service) is a great guy who really cares about his customers.

I took my Honda Accord in to get my 30,000 mile check-up/tune-up. I had the option of taking my car to a dealer or taking it to Mission Viejo Motors (per a co-worker's recommendation). Immediately, I thought to avoid the dealer because I had assumed that the dealer would charge twice what other places would charge for the same services. After taking my car to the shop, I was quoted an amount close to $300 (even after the 10% new customer discount). I was SHOCKED! I could have taken my car to the dealer for the same price. To make the story short, I got my car serviced at Mission Viejo Motors and I swore that I would never go there again.
I once walked into this auto shop for an oil change and I immediately walked out because they wanted somewhere around $30.
