Thank you for the most wonderful experience. My husband and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary with a show and dinner, and we were seated right at the window with a breathtaking view of Minneapolis - and amazing food and wonderful service. We ordered three appetizers and one main dish to share- all were delicate, superb, gorgeous in presentation. We ended the dinner with the die-for dessert of the spoon with the cherry chocolate cake, the restaurant's speciality. We both have traveled and enjoyed cuisines at many places - Tokyo, Paris, Singapore, New York, Chicago, San Francisco and we can say that this is a top-notch restaurant, that we can fully recommend to out of town guests. Also a wonderful place to spend a special evening. Thank you and we are proud to live in the Twin Cities!
Pros: World class Asian-Modern Fusion Cuisine, breathtaking view, ambience, service at the amazing Walker Art Center. Great Parking.
Cons: None.

Morgan is a brilliant artist and a gentle, quietly-very-funny person with a mind-blowing pedigree of expertise. We took our friend for a makeover and were completely blown away by the transformation. Makeup, hair, everything was flawless, and while our friend was being magicked to perfection, we slung ourselves on the comfy sofas and enjoyed lavishing affection on the pug/beagle/sheltie dog, Bailey, and Scooby the Cat, who are mortal enemies of one another, so you know that's funny. Morgan is completely amazing and I'd recommend her work to anyone who wants to look better than they've ever thought possible.
Pros: Total Beauty in Great Salon
Cons: No cons!

Okay i went to Teds as a child in the 70's and it was in my memory for the toast, potatoes, and ribs. In Cali you don't find as many BEEF rib joints. While visiting this last time we went down to see if we could find that ole flavor of excellent bbq. Boy were we pleased. I was excited to see they have grown and won numerous awards. There was also more of a selection now of food to eat. I have to go back and eat again. I loved it. Great sauce with three options of mild, med or hot. Beef ribs charred and tender. Get the potatoes slathered in sauce. Loved it.
Pros: Hot Food Done Right
Cons: Mostly Take Out

There have been a lot of immitators trying to recreate the old 1930s era burger and malt shop but this is a real hang over from the time. Not much has changed as even the signage above the grill is of the hand painted type face, yellow and brown, barking out the dash and manner for you to ENJOY! and EAT! with great aplomb.
The chocolate, caramel, and banana malts ($4.00) are thick lumpy and poured from a tin malt canaster by your waitress and the can frosts up while you make room in the fluted glass with your straw. But be careful, you might bust a vein in your neck when the straw clogs and it might be better to eat it with a spoon for its thickness. The french frieds are golden crisp and hand cut potatoes ($2.00) and heaping. And the burgers and the true diner-style, sizzling hot of the grill ($6.00 and up). On a fall or winter nights it warms the heart.

They have two menus, one for american and one for Chinesse. They have the real Sichuan food, hot spicy, probably the only place in the twin cities. Although number of dishes on the Chinese menu is limited, you can order any one of them and won’t be disappointed. The service is also excellent. When we think of Sichuan food, this is the only place we will go.

My beautiful wife and I really like Cupcake - and it is close to our house. You are always greeted with a smile, the place smells of perfectly baked breads and coffee. I can tell you their lattes are strong, frothy, and sublime. Not to mention the baked goods, or the open kitchen perfect for spying on the cooks, or the over-sized balloon whip door handles (you will see what I mean when you visit them). Check out Cupcake, you will be glad you did!
Pros: Service, food, vibe, drinks, take-home baked goods
Cons: (none)

I guess I’ve always had a negative idea of hotel restaurants. After dining at Woolley’s, I can honestly say that this restaurant broke the mold. The food was top-notch, the service was great and prices were very reasonable. My wife and I were staying at the Embassy Suites by the airport and were too tired to go out for dinner. We decided to walk downstairs and hazard the hotel dining experience. We were seated right away in an open gazebo area that my wife really liked. I had a steak and my wife had an Asian Pasta dish. Both of our dishes were wonderful. I also know a little bit about wine. I asked to see their wine list and was surprised with how many selections they had. We split a bottle of Rodney Strong Pinot Noir 2006. The whole time we were traveling I don’t think we found a fine dining experience that had this particular wine. I really liked the wait staff. Towards the end of the meal, the restaurant manager approached our table and asked out we like our meal. It was really a nice touch. I was extremely pleased with our experience. If we lived closer, my wife and I would be dining their all the time!
Pros: Great food. Good prices. Loved our server.
Cons: Not in my home town!

My coworkers and I get burgers & fries to go here frequently. The food is always outstanding. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Our food is always prepared in a reasonable amount of time. I don't think the burgers are for someone on a diet, but they are tasty!
Pros: Great food
Cons: It couldn't hurt to do a remodel!
