With the variety of programs and equipment this gym offers anyone can find an activity that will help keep them healthy and in shape. They hold many small classes in private studios. Some outstanding classes are social dance and pilates. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hair salon and sporting goods store located within the gym. They also have a juice bar that makes all kinds of fresh juices and shakes. It gets very busy right after work but they have so much equipment that the wait is minimal.

With the variety of programs and equipment this gym offers anyone can find an activity that will help keep them healthy and in shape. They hold many small classes in private studios.
