It is a good fast food restaraunt. The food is fast and does taste good. You can get it to go fast or usually there is plenty of room to grab a table and eat in. I like the orange chicken and the cream cheese wontons the best while my husband favors the beef lo mein. My son is a strictly white rice kind of kid, but don't take that personally-lol.
My only criticism is that to me it seems a bit greasy and stale with everything just sitting out in vats, ready to go. I prefer the made fresh sit-down types of restaraunts that serve oriental cuisine when I have a choice.

Everytime I am in MN to see my family, I have to eat at Leeann Chin at least once. My favorite is the lemon chicken, beef lo mein, peking chicken. I also love their potstickers, cream cheese puffs and oyster wings. If you go there close to closing time, you sometimes run the risk of getting the dregs of the pan, but usually the food is fresh (since it's usually busy they are always making fresh food) and delicious.

Leann Chin is a great option--they do to-go for those on the run and offer affordable dining options. I have found the staff to be pretty friendly. Parking is always relatively accessible as well. Most of the time, you are able to park right outside of the front doors and walk right in! For the price, it's pretty authentic and fast!
