Origami,Fujiya and Sushi Tango are the most over rated resturants of any kind in the Twin Cities. You should have some Japanese people rate these. My step father was Japanese and he would just shake his head at the wafer thin peices of fish that are served at these joint. The only Japanese resturants that are consitantly good are Kikugawa and Sakura
Pros: food looks good
Cons: long wait, crowded, over priced

I love sushi, but am often disappointed by the poor quality. I have yet to be disappointed at Origami.

Origami is definitely good Japanese food...for Minnesota. The service is very prompt but a bit arrogant. The sushi is hit and miss...the last time it tasted like it sat in a grocer's case for a few days. A bit expensive for what you get...I recommend Kikugawa, a short trip across the river.
Pros: decent food
Cons: expensive, tables too crowded
