Great real estate agents. Our agent was Adam Vue and I would definately recommend him to others. He was quick to help us find the type of homes we were looking for. He always had time for us. He made us feel like we were his top priority for clients. Adam was also very helpful with any questions we had and went above and beyond his normal job duties to help us find what we were looking for. Excellent customer service.

These apartments are awesome! They are very spacious, i'm talking like 1000 sq feet for a one bedroom. They have sunken living rooms, a seperate dining room, lots of storage. They have a huge walk in closet in the bedroom and a walk in closet in the hall. The bathroom has a double sink and the sink area is serperate from the toilet and tub. Very Nice. When we lived here we really liked it. The area is a nice area as well. And the prices are awesome. If your looking to rent, you should check this place out.

We went house searching as soon as we moved to Minneapolis and after two days of finding nothing nice is our price range, we stumbled on this place and it is amazing. Yes, it's an apartment instead of a house but it's luxury at it's best. They truly take care of you and what you need without you having to worry. They even accept dogs! And two of them! The staff is very nice and willing to help with anything you need. Plus you get a membership to the Athletic Club next door. Now, it's not the least expensive place around but add a view of Calhoun Lake with the amazing service, and it's all worth it!

This is a senior's building in New Hope, MN. just behind the Kmart store on County Road 9 (also named Rockford Road). My mother has lived there for a number of years now and she has many friends; and she really likes her apartment. They have lunches, every week day, for a small fee, which is quite nice and flavorful. It is nice that the people do not have to eat by themselves; they also have a coffee hour every day of the week.. This apartment building is subsidized according to your income. They have cards, bingo, puzzles and other activities going on there at one time or another. The visiting room is decorated so nicely and they have a lovely new kitchen. If you are looking for a senior's building for yourself or for one of you family members, I think that you would like this one. I do not know how long the waiting list is though.

The apartments are spacious, airy and have gas range. The biggest disadvantage is they have a common laundry room. They have an indoor / outdoor pool, whirlpool, tennis court, conference room and a party room. The rent for a single bedroom apartment start from 800$, but if you are lucky you can get some very good deals.

This is the place to live if you want quiet neighbors! The location allows you easy access to highways 100 and 394. The rent is very reasonable for the amount of square footage offered. They have several floor plans to choose from with the spaces nicely laid out. Their buildings include heated underground parking for one car. The management is very friendly and helpful. Cats are allowed but only if they are declawed.

I have looked at a few houses from Edina realty, the realtors were honest and helpful. They also have a great website to look for available houses. In the future if I need to buy or sell a house I will definitely consider using Edina realty and recommend using them to anyone
