the management is disorganized ! and dishonest when i originally inquired about a vacancy i asked if it was a safe place to live. they said yes! are you f@#%^ing kidding me, the cops have been here every week since we moved in. they lost my 1st months rent and i had to go through hell to get a replacement money order. in the mean time they filed a UD against us. so rather than pay a court fee of $317 and a $50 late fee we opted to just move out. the manager is a total b#*ch. and those lint licker's at real estate equitys are no better. we had to pay $5.00 for a laundry card that you have to load like a pre paid visa card. because the machines kept getting broken into. we have these wanna-be cop/boyscout security guards who are a complete joke. hmmm why would a "safe " place need security guards? the people that live here are loud and obnoxious. the manager got mad when i had to call the police because some a-hole thought it necessary to play his music at 11:30 pm on a week night for all to hear.i was told i have to call the onsite security instead. did i mention the mice? yep mice! DO NOT MOVE HERE . you will regret it.

The management of this building is outrageous. The apartment we moved into smelled like cat urine; they didn't believe us until I took them picture of the CAT LITTER in the closet. They didn't process our information correctly; there were multiple forms not signed at check-in that they "forgot." Other issues we've had with appliances and such have been basically ignored, including an on-going fire hazard. They also lost track of payments, the security deposit... and then have an attitude when a person has to walk in constantly to try and get things straightened out. It looks nice in the office. The model apartments look nice. Don't be fooled - I wouldn't let my worst enemy's dog move in here.

This place has the worst management. We lived here before and while we were on vacation, the pipes backed up and flooded our apartment. When we got back we tried for months to have manegment do something about it, especially since mold was growing bad in our place and we were getting sick. The management did nothing. Only when we finally contacted The MN health department, did the management finally do something about it.
