We are first time home buyers and have contacted several realtor's looking for advice and assistance. We have been treated like kings from IBR. They are so helpful and our current Realtor keeps in contact with us once a day, everyday. He is always more than willing at a moments notice to go look at a home. They are a great realty company so kind and helpful especially for a first time home buyer who is confused and nervous.

I lied to about my interest rate and my closing took 8 hours due to a whole bunch of crap. I would have backed out buying my home however the sellers were closing on their home on the same day, so I was afraid of being sued, The Fair housing act is not fair. Beware Minorities!! ysampson
