Ok, I've never had a leech on me before in my life. And it serves me right for getting one the first time I went to Minnehaha Falls. Because you're not supposed to climb down into the falls, or back behind the gates. But we did. And it was so worth it. I'm not from around here, and have been amazed & impressed by the beauty of MN. Minnehaha Falls is a place, right here in the city, that you can experience that beauty. The falls roar & echo with the sound of rushing water, and the sights of so much greenery & lush beauty is inescapable. For just a picnic, or a hike, or to find some leech's give a day's worth of attention to Minnehaha Falls.

falls and park is really great place to go for picnic or having get together.It is having lot of space with a view of minnehaha falls .It is having good place for walk and cycling.Park is so maintained,neat and clean.In fact lot of parking space and bus facility is also available.At least every one should go at least once to see one of very beautiful place in Minneapolis.

What a fun place to walk around. Minnehaha falls has a bunch of places to walk and just enjoy who you are with. The falls are the prettiest (in my opinion) in the spring as the snow is melting. This makes for a lot more water first of all. Plus then the water runs over the ice which can be very neat looking. We return every spring just to watch the change. It's gorgeous!
