I was uninsured and had no place to go when the time came for birth control. I looked in the phone book and Midwest Health Center for Women was the first place I called. Right from the start the receptionist was very friendly and listened to me. I went to the clinic the following day for an appt. It took awhile for me to find it and when I called they directed me there until I reached the door. All the Drs and nurses were extremely friendly and attentive. I was very lucky to find such a quality center.

If you need anything from a cut and blow dry to dreadlocks, Salon dpugh can help you out. They do "normal" salon things as well as extensions, dread perms, extension/dread maintenance, manicures, pedicures, and facial waxing. The staff is very friendly and they always have good music playing. For dread maintenance and extensions this is the cheapest place I have found so far.

We had both our Sons [ages 5 & 1 yrs] at this hospital and have nothing but good things to say.
With our first son my wife had to have an induction and we were concerned about that whole process but the staff and medical care was top notch. When we had our second son 4.5 years later they had remodeled the maternity wing and all you can say is WOW to the jacuzzi tubs in the birthing rooms. This time around labor was increadibly fast and painful but this too turned out great with the assistence of a wonderful hospital.
Also, dear friends of our had all 3 of their children there [high risk pregnancies] and just a few weeks ago he [friend-not child] was cared for there for an extremely rare bacterial brain infection.
Through all our experiences, smooth to scary, we have been very greatfull to the professionals at this hospital.

This is an incredible new urgent care facility. They are open until 10 pm every night which is very nice. It is a very clean facility and because it is new it just feels good to be there. It is all very high tech and up to date. The xrays are all digital. They can take an xray and then put them on a website for another doctor to observe at a different clinic. They are thorough and follow through with patients even though they are only an urgent care clinic. We were VERY impressed by them!

What a great concept! Leah (the owner) knows the importance of great eyebrows and what they can do for your face. They can open up your eyes and frame your face. Sonja gives an amazing facial that is amazingly relaxing. You get the option of a foot or hand massage while the masks dry. I highly recommend the foot massage. Bobby gives the most deep tissue massage ever! Get on their mailing list, they have monthly specials!

This would be the perfect gym for someone who is looking for a small, very clean, quiet, well-equipped club with super-friendly staff and good group classes (including kids group classes). This gym has anything one may look for in a health club, except for the pool. All the equipment is in perfect condition. Towel service is complementary, and so are lockers. Im very impressed with the service so far.

I have IMPOSSIBLE hair. Each time I get a cut, I spend $100 or so and walk out looking as if I have a tiny African hut perched on top of my head.
Not so at Take Five (Pret a Porter)! Nancy is a genius..she will work with you patiently and you'll leave looking like you never dreamed possible. For less than $100, too!
I've also gotten the most outstanding highlights and lowlights from her. I've had my hair worked on from Boston to San Francisco, and she is absolutely the best (and truly a kind and wise woman as well).
Great manicures and waxing as well...you won't be disappointed.
