The happy hour is a good deal as well. Keep up the good work, guys!
Pros: Delicious sushi and non-sushi items.
Cons: They need to open earlier on weekdays.

Sushi Tango screwed up our bill and ran extra charges on my cc. I went to restaurant the following day to speak with management and he refused to accommodate their mistake which was an extra charge of $119 on top of our $219 bill, but that’s ok, it says a lot about how they treat their loyal Happy Hour customers. Even a gift certificate would have deemed grateful, but that was never offered. I been a loyal customer for many years and this has been the first incident and also my last there, the group of people with me that night are also avoiding the place….. on a better note, great services are always available at ChaingMaiThai and FujiYa for happy hours…. Cheers. - GOGz
Pros: Great food
Cons: Bad Customer Service

I have been a patron of Sushi Tango many times. I do like the fish and food but your service may not be fast or friendly. At this point I request a server that I know because of the past 10 times I have been there most of the wait staff has been rude and slow. When I sit at a table and everyone who has a different waiter has nice warm towels and refilled water and I sit quietly wondering if my server will come back. Overall very inconsistent service. I do enjoy when I have a long time and a few drinks. If it is not too busy the sushi chefs are very nice and have introduced me to several new types of sushi. I have never been served "bad" food but the service leaves much to be desired.
Pros: good quality fish, friendly chefs
Cons: Customer Service!

2) Service was slow and inattentive. We had to ask for our order to be taken, for more water, to take our plates, and tfor he check
Lastly, is Rick James' "Superfreak" a song you'd like to listen to during your dining experience?
Pros: Quiet, not crowded on a Saturday
Cons: Overprice, poor quality

Kind of seems like the sort of place you would see on a college campus. The service is less than stellar and the sushi is pretty mediocre for sure. Good Tofu appetizer, decent veggie eggrolls, OK veggie tempura. The rolls are where they lose me here. The Nori is really rubbery and they really cheapen-up on the avocado if you order avo rolls. It's mostly rice. Took about 15 minutes to get a waitress to order.
Pros: like the happy hour app prices
Cons: Rubbery nori, SUPER slow service.

The key to sushi is freshness so when I don't see a large crowd at a sushi place it make me a little nervous that they don't turn the sushi around that fast. Food was tasty though and our group of 4 people had a great time. Hard to find the first time since its up in the back corner on the second floor.
Pros: good service, good sushi

Woodbury location: Me and couple friends decided to grab some sushi before we went to see a movie. We sat in the bar area and ordered dynamite rolls and a crunchy roll. Instead of getting the four dynamite rolls we ordered, we got two and I was still charged for the four. There was some sort of miscommunication with the chefs (although they were barely a feet away). I tried to correct the chef but he ignored me. The waitress was also VERY RUDE. In other words, I would NEVER visit Sushi Tango ever again. Unless you know the chefs personally of course. They gave their friends, who were sitting the next table over lots of attention and extra sushi. SO NEVER AGAIN....I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!
Cons: EVERYTHING

I went to Sushi Tango with a date and it was a referral from a friend who said it was "excellent." When we walked in there were only a few people seated and we were seated right next to all the people in the restaurant (when there were many open private tables available). My date had lipstick on his glass and didn't notice until he had drank almost his half his beer. When we notified the waitress she didn't seem concerned about this and instead asked "why he was wearing lipstick." She threw his entire drink out without offering him a new one! No discount or anything and then just said, "yeah that's gross!" The appetizers were the best part of the dinner and were reasonably priced. We both ordered the steak terriyaki which was close to $20 and was very disappointing. It tasted like a $2 round steak and neither of us ate it, yet we were not offered anything else. It took about 45 minutes to get our food and it was not busy. Sushi was not the best. Wouldn't recommend.
Pros: Ambience, good happy hour
Cons: food not good, service wasn't good

As small-time sushi fans wanting a bigger experience, we asked for help with the menu at Sushi Tango. We were given great help in choosing our sushi (some simple and some a little out of the ordinary) by the friendly staff. We encountered no problems with rudeness and our water was refilled often in the time we were there.
Everything we ordered was simply wonderful. The pork dumplings were flavorful, rather than generic and bland. The tempura squid was fantastic, with more emphasis put on the meat of the squid than the tempura batter.
We had the Philly maki (salmon with cream cheese), the yellowfin maki, and the more adventurous Eel maki. All were delicious in their own right - but the eel was honestly the best!
The meal was finished off with a generous bowl of Green Tea ice cream. Quite tasty.
Pros: Great service, good atmosphere, great food no matter what you order
Cons: I didn't see where there would be room for larger than 4 at a table

My wife and I have dined there several times. Their major redeeming quality is that they have open tables during times that Figlios has a wait. Our service last visit was so bad that we won't be going back. When we complained to the manager she made us feel like we were the problem. It was completely unacceptable and frankly insulting. Stay away.
Pros: Never busy.
Cons: Bad service. Rude and insulting manager/bar-tender. Overpriced.
