I have been using West Photo for about 2 years now and have always received GREAT service and friendly interaction. They have helped me out in getting rental equipment at the last minute and I feel like I am visiting good friends when I pick up/drop off my rental equipment. LOVE these guys!! Thanks for helping me move from an amateur photographer to a professional who is living her dream!

When I got married last year, I was on the hunt for the perfect bridesmaid gowns. I knew I wanted the colors pink and black and could not find what I wanted anywhere. When I went to the Wedding Chapel for the first time, they helped guide me through the store and find exactly what I needed. I didn't even have an appointment and they were so helpful!
They had many gowns to choose from. Most of them had a choice in color as well. This way, I was able to customize the gown with the two colors I wanted.
When we went back for ordering, I had all my bridesmaids with me and we did make an appointment this time (it was a Saturday morning). The store was busy but we were greeted by our consultant right away and she got everyone fitted and ordered in a timely manner.
The dresses took a couple months to come in. I was not disappointed when I saw them! I was a little worried because the pink I chose was kind of bright but it look beautiful all the same. They also do alterations at the store but you do not have to use them. Besides bridesmaids gowns, they also sell bridal gowns, rent tuxes, and have all the accessories you would need on your wedding day---shoes, purses, veils, tiaras, guest books, candles, etc.

This is a great pharmacy. I have to go to fill a monthly prescription and each visit they have provided me quick and friendly service.
A few times I have had insurace issues and they have always been able to solve the issue so I could still get my prescription that day. It's also nice to be able to shop for household or gift items at the same time I am picking up my prescription.

For our landline service we recently switched from the monopoly provider in our area [Qwest] to a smaller local company called Velocity Telephone.
When we moved Qwest said we moved too far outside the service area to get DSL through them anymore--- yet we had only moved 6 blocks in a very large main city! They would only offer us dial-up for $20/month and we already paid$35 for the landline telephone service. We REALLY did not want to go back to dial-up and certainly not at that price. So we started shopping and stumbled across an amazing deal by this local company.
They have incredible rates!
We were offered landline telephone with all the features + DSL & modem for $49.99/month. Great DEAL! The service is great too. Very personalized. You will get a technician the day you call-- and may actually end up speaking to that technician when you call! When you have a problem you will probably hear from the president of the company too :)

I am extremely unhappy with the service received, or should I say NOT received from UPS for a most recent delivery- er, that never delvered! They claimed to have attempted delivery 4 times and yet I remain packageless.
The first attempt was allegedly on Thursday, 7/6 @ 12:47pm. We were home, no knock, no notice left that they had ever been there. I only found out about the "attempt" after inquiring what was the shipment status from the retailer I purchased this shipment from.
The second attempt was on Friday, 7/7 @ 9:42am. Again, we WERE home, yet no knock. A notice WAS left this time that stated they would return between 10:30 am & 2pm the following Monday.
The third attempt was Monday 7/10-- they CLAIM @ 11:25am- but this is an absolute lie. I was at that front door at 10:15 AM getting my mail and to wait BUT the "sorry we missed you" notice was ALREADY THERE. They were not only earlier than the stated time they said they would come, but they have lied about when they came. It was NOT 11:25 am, they again did NOT knock.
After this I called right away to figure out what was going on and the automated system advised me to pick a future delivery date. Ok. Fine. Tomorrow, 7/11.
4th "attempt". At 7 am this morning I was up and ready. I put a sign on the front door that if no one answered to come to the side door which was open and knock on the screen door there as I was doing dishes in the kitchen. At 9:30 am I parked myself in the living room in front of the window reading a book and waiting. At about 10:30 my husband took our children outside in our side yard where he could see both entrances and stayed there until 12pm. At 12pm we came in and had lunch in close view of both doors that were open- we could hear AND see. At 1pm we reluctantly had to run to the store so did that quick and came home at about 2pm. No delivery while we were there at all and no notice at all. So I again post our note to go to the side door which I had a view of from my basement office and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally around 5:30pm I called again and held for a live person. I spoke to a Ms. Grier and she informed me that the driver claims to have come again at 11:15 am and again we were not available. This, again, is either an outright lie or they were at the wrong house. Since they have our address and have left notices before, I would wager it was a lie. We could see both doors from 7am-1pm and again from 2pm to 5:30 pm and NO ONE CAME, and no notices left.
Ms. Grier said she'd enter the information and I would get a call from the local UPS location. I did get a call, no idea whom it was, but it was a man. The man said the driver had already gone home for the day and what do I want from them? I asked what my options were. He said schedule a re-deliver date or pick it up at their location [which, incidentally, is not a convenient location for us at all]. I told him that, frankly, I do not have the time to sit at my front door for days hoping to catch the delivery man. Already 4 days had been wasted including a weekend on which they do not deliver. Could I have some specific time and assurance the person would actually come? He was quiet and then suggested if I was so concerned I should come pick up the package myself. Now, he wasn't actually rude per-say but he was not helpful, not very kind, nor concerned about the situation. Finally, I informed them I had enough waiting on them and would pick up my own package.
This situation is horrible. I did not pay $15 to have to wait and play hide and seek with the delivery man nor certainly not to have to drive a significant distance out into the suburbs to pick up my own package after 1 week of alleged attempts.
I am a business person as well who ships quite a number of things and I believe I will stick with the much more reliable United States Post Office for MY transactions. If I buy I will be requesting that as well.

8 years ago every picture I took was on film and Universal Color is where I took it to be developed. The staff was always friendly, courteous and professional. Usually a quick turn around on printing at fairly resonable prices. But with the explosion of digital photograhy and the low cost of printing pictures at home, I haven't used their services lately.

We have 3 cell phones in our house- crazy, I know ;)
2 of them are Tracfone prepaid wireless though and I like them very much.
Basically you buy a phone [most of the time you can find a deal with a free one with purchase of airtime on their website: www.tracfone.com ] and buy airtime cards either online or in many stores like Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, K-mart etc.... The airtime cards will add minutes to your calling bank AND add service time [usually 60 days]. You retain ALL unused minutes aslong as you have valid service time added. You can also purchase a one year card that has either 200 or 400 minutes on it and 1 year of service time for about $90-$100. This will last you all year depending on how much you talk on the phone.
My motorola flip tracfone does not get reception in my house at all but out motorola pocket phone does just fine.
It is really great for those who don't want a contract or monthly bill but want something for minimal usage and emergencies. Most of the time you can also find codes online for extra minutes to use when activating a minutes card actually making it a much better deal than other pre-paid companies.
