Hatzung Insurance saved me over 30% on my car insurance rates. On top of that, they more then doubled my coverages (while lowering my deductible). That kind of help and service can only be found at an experienced agency who has your best interests in mind. In the end, I had a lower premium and deductible, increased coverage and limits, and a nice new renters policy for much less then my previous car-only coverage through progressive online. I strongly recommend checking out Hatzung.
Pros: Experienced, Friendly Service. Lower Rates, Lower Deductible.
Cons: None.

AAA insurance and travel center in St. Louis park is a great place to go. Even walking in without an appointment they treat you very well. Dana was very helpful at deciding what type of insurance I needed for my car and house and didn??t try to push coverage on me I didn??t need or want. You can even pay by credit card which is very convenient. The store has plenty of maps and other travel gear to purchase and their great travel magazine. And the best part?? the city DMV has offices downstairs so if you need a title, registration or new plates this is truly a one stop place.

When we refinanced our home our broker recommended and agent with Sentry Insurance stating he could give us a much better deal on homeowners insurance. We decided to give it a try and were sorely disappointed. The agent was difficult to get ahold of. He did not file paperwork in a timely manner. He changed the quote at least 4 times during the course of the process and was no longer cheaper than our other company. It was his responsibility to obtain payment from the title company but never did any of the legwork there and never informed us that he didn't do it resulting in our insurance getting dropped. He told us repeatedly he was taking care of everything and did nothing. Horrible service.
