Good: Sales staff was very patient in showing us different choices and explaining why some mattresses were more expensive than others, and helping me and my wife find the right bed for our backs and our budget!!
They even had toys for our children to play with, and everything was very clean. Better prices than the other 4 mattress places I shopped.. Bad: At first store seemed too big and seemed like they only had one size. Once a clerk was available to show me around, the store was very easy to understand.. Improvements: More toys for girls..

If you are shopping for a new mattress, consider your other options before shopping at Mattess Giant. I ordered a new mattress from them. They delivered within a week as promised, but when we were unhappy with the mattress (too firm), it took them over 1 month to pick up the original mattress and re-deliver the softer one. We had to make several phone calls and we were offered no compensation. When you purchase a new bed, you want it now..or maybe a few days later if you are unhappy...not a month.
