The "Mai Thai" restaurant is a great place to go for an exotic, relatively inexpensive meal. Most entrees are between 8 and 10 dollars. You can order your meal with your choice of noodles or rice. In addition, Mai Thai offers a variety of soups, salads, or appetizers. The entree that I would recommend is called Stir Fried Cashew Nuts; you can order it with your choice of chicken, pork, tofu or duck. The stir fry includes cashews (of course!), onions, muchrooms, and water chestnuts. Parking is convenient and Mai Thai is located in Bloomington, right on Old Shakopee Road. Try it tonight!
